How do I bring photos into Tonalier?
In the library, choose Import and pick photos from Photos or Files. On a Mac you can also drag them into the window. From Photos or another app, tap Share and choose Tonalier.
Which files does Tonalier open?
RAW files with these extensions: DNG, CR2, CR3, CRW, NEF, NRW, ARW, SRF, SR2, RAF, ORF, RW2, PEF, SRW, 3FR, FFF, IIQ, ERF, MEF, MOS, X3F, KDC, DCR, MRW, RWL, RAW, CAP. Also JPEG, HEIC, PNG and TIFF. Export to JPEG, HEIC, PNG and 16-bit TIFF.
Does Tonalier change my original photos?
No. Tonalier keeps its own copy in its library and stores your edits as instructions. Exporting always creates a new file.
How do I see what a character changed?
Open the Style tab. What Maren Did lists every step; turn a step off to see the photo without it. The Effect slider sets how much of the edit you see.
Can I use a Look together with a character?
Yes. After a character edits your photo, the Looks that suit its style are gathered at the top of the Looks tab. Use Amount to blend the Look in.
How do I export for social media?
Tap Export. It opens on Social: choose Portrait, Square, Story or Landscape, then Fit to keep the whole photo on a background, or Fill to fill the frame. Custom holds format, quality and color space.
How do I restore Tonalier Pro on a new device?
Open Settings and About from the library and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account you subscribed with. Tonalier itself has no sign-up; the subscription is tied to your Apple Account.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Open Settings and About and choose Manage Subscription, or go to Subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made through the App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Do my edits sync between devices?
Not yet. Each device keeps its own library. Your Pro subscription works on all of them.
What happens if I delete Tonalier?
The copies and edits in Tonalier’s library are removed with the app. The photos in your Photos library and the files you exported stay where they are.
